Overview

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) will not address the following concerns during the Public Comments or Public Meeting, as they are outside TCEQ's jurisdiction for this permit. Although these issues do not pertain to the approval of this permit, TRACC is committed to informing our neighbors about them and, when possible, suggesting ways to address or reduce the problems associated with having a concrete crushing facility in the area.

• Location/Zoning

• Effect on Local Economy

**We understand that this permit is for air quality. However, we will urge TCEQ to also require a water permit for this facility due to its potential impact on the groundwater aquifer.
